Stone Creek Trading has the largest selection of Polish made fermenting crocks in the United States. We offer over 40 varieties of fermentation crocks from 2 Liters to 15 Liters , in a range of styles and colors.
All of our stoneware fermentation crocks are handmade and imported directly from Poland. We offer the popular Boleslawiec Polish fermenting pots as well as a variety of unique crocks made by local Polish artisans. These crocks are used to create lacto-fermented sauerkraut, pickles and kimchi. Our Fermenting Crocks have a moat around the edge which when filled with water creates a natural airlock, reducing the risk of harmful bacteria spoiling the process.
